No. Each invitation carries a personal link. Members reply, name their visitors, choose their meal and pay from a phone or a computer without signing in or installing anything.
Only your lodge's officers, and each one sees what their office needs: the treasurer handles payments, the Director of Ceremonies the ceremony. Each lodge's records are kept apart from every other lodge's.
The records belong to the lodge, not to a person. The new officer is given the role and inherits the full history, so nothing lives in one private spreadsheet.
Yes. A chapter sees Royal Arch offices, ranks and wording throughout, and a Companion who is also in a Craft lodge uses the same sign-in for both.
Members pay through Stripe, straight into the lodge's own account, by Pay by Bank, bank transfer, Direct Debit or card, whichever the lodge switches on. Lodge Dashboard never holds the money. The lodge pays Stripe's fee, so members pay the advertised price.
